Contact forms and checkout: name, email, phone, country, project notes. Payment data is processed by Stripe (not stored by us). Server logs may record IP addresses for security purposes.
3. Purpose and legal basis
To respond to enquiries (legitimate interest), process orders (contract performance), and comply with Spanish tax obligations (legal obligation). Data is not used for advertising or automated profiling.
4. Sharing
Stripe Inc. for payment processing. Our email provider for communications. Spanish tax authorities where legally required. No advertising networks. No sale of data.
5. International transfers
Stripe operates under EU Standard Contractual Clauses. No other international transfers are made.
6. Retention
Contact and project records: 5 years. Invoice records: 4 years (Spanish tax law). Server logs: 30 days.
