Refunds.
1. Refund window
A full refund is available within 48 hours of payment if work has not started. Work is considered started when we have received and reviewed your completed project brief. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
2. After work has started
Once we have reviewed the completed brief and work has begun, refunds are not available. You will receive the deliverables as specified in the brief. If the project is cancelled at this stage, no refund is due.
3. Defective delivery
If delivered work materially does not match the agreed scope as written in the project brief, we will revise it at no additional cost within the included revision round. If the issue cannot be resolved, contact us in writing within 14 days of delivery.
4. Disputes
Contact hello@dreamdesignworld.com before initiating a chargeback. We resolve most issues within 2 business days. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may affect our ability to continue the project.
5. EU consumer withdrawal
EU consumers may have a 14-day withdrawal right for digital services. By proceeding with checkout and agreeing to these terms, you request that delivery begin before the 14-day period expires and acknowledge this may limit withdrawal rights.
6. How to request a refund
Email hello@dreamdesignworld.com with subject "Refund Request" and include your name, order reference, and reason. We respond within 2 business days.
