1. Parties
These Terms govern the agreement between dreamdesignworld S.L. (NIF B36123456), Rua Travesia de Vigo, 219, 36207 Vigo, Pontevedra, Galicia, Spain ("we", "dreamdesignworld") and the client placing an order ("you"). By completing payment, you agree to these Terms in full.
2. Services
dreamdesignworld provides fixed-scope web design services as described on the individual service pages of this website. Services are delivered digitally as live websites, Figma files, or written reports as specified per service. Services do not include ongoing hosting fees, domain registration costs, or third-party software licence fees unless explicitly stated.
3. Orders and payment
Orders are placed through the website checkout. Full payment is required before work begins. A project brief template is sent within 1 business day of payment. The delivery timeline begins when we receive the completed brief. Prices are in EUR. Spanish IVA (21%) applies where required and is not included in displayed prices.
4. Delivery
Delivery timelines are in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Spanish and Galician public holidays) from receipt of completed brief. Incomplete briefs pause the timeline. Staging access or Figma share links are provided as applicable before final delivery.
5. Revisions
One revision round included. The window is 5 business days from delivery. Revision requests after this window are new scope and quoted separately. The revision round does not include changes to agreed scope, additional pages, or new content directions.
6. Intellectual property
Ownership of delivered work transfers to the client on receipt of full payment. dreamdesignworld retains the right to display the project in its portfolio. Third-party assets remain under their own licence terms.

8. Liability
Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or business losses resulting from use of or reliance on delivered work.
9. Governing law
Spanish law governs these Terms. Disputes are subject to the courts of Vigo, Pontevedra, Spain, unless EU consumer protection law requires otherwise.
