The process.

Order

Select a service or build a custom package on the website. Pay via Stripe checkout. A payment confirmation arrives immediately. A project brief template follows within 1 business day.

The brief is the project contract. It forces both sides to agree on scope, content, and deliverables before any design work begins. Most project problems trace back to this step being skipped or done carelessly.

Brief

Complete the brief template and return it by email. The delivery timeline starts from the date we receive the completed brief, not from the date of payment.

The brief asks for business context, target audience, content (draft or final), technical requirements, brand assets, and reference sites. Incomplete briefs pause the timeline. We follow up on missing information within 1 business day.

Design & Build

We design, develop, and test according to the agreed brief and scope. For website projects, a staging link is provided for your review before going live. For Figma-only projects, a shareable link is provided.

For projects longer than 10 business days, we provide a mid-point update with screenshots or staging access. One revision round is included in the scope. Changes to the agreed scope are quoted separately.

Delivery & Launch

The site goes live on your domain, or the final files are delivered via shareable link. The 5-business-day revision window begins from this date. Post-delivery support is available at the published hourly rate.

Post-delivery support covers technical questions, content updates, and additional features beyond the agreed revision. These are invoiced at the standard hourly consulting rate shown on the pricing page.
